Bushfire Relief Fundraising and Concert @ Burns Family Artisan Ales (Denver) – 2505 West 2nd Avenue, Unit 13, Denver, Colorado

Date/ Time: Friday, February 7, from 6:00–11:00 p.m.

Details: ALL PROCEEDS GO TO THE AUSTRALIAN RED CROSS FOR BUSHFIRE RELIEF EFFORTS.

Together with Chuck Jones, bassist of Dopapod, we brewed a raspberry jam stout that we then put into a barrel. From mash-in to release, it will have taken 2088 hours. At the moment we brewed it, we knew all of the proceeds from this beer, and from the jam concert Chuck put together with other members of Big Gigantic, Odesza and Turkuaz, would go to charity.

( Chuck Jones had put together a similar jam group and played to our packed house on December 20, 2018 to benefit our #ResilienceIPA CampFire Relief fundraiser. )

And then the tragedy of the Australian Bushfire occurred, and then we KNEW we MUST use funds raised from the sale of our collaborative 2088-Hour Jam Stout and the fundraising collaboration jam with members of Dopapod, Turkuaz, Odesza and Big Gigantic to assist relief efforts on the other side of our beloved Earth.

JOIN US the evening of FRIDAY FEBRUARY 7. At 6pm, #BurnsMusic friends will get us warmed up. At 8pm, we release the 2088-hour Jam Stout, and members of Dopapod, Turkuaz, Odesza and Big Gigantic will jam in a special fundraising concert — for several hours (but not 2088!)

ALL PROCEEDS GO TO THE AUSTRALIAN RED CROSS FOR BUSHFIRE RELIEF.

THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT.

In celebration of this synthetic obsidian shade, we’re throwing a celebration of all things dark and designed…and we’re dragging some of our friends into the vacuum with us. Join us February 8th as we host a tap takeover of the inkiest stouts we could find.
